@dompeilee, this kind of director nvr interested to do proper business, they just want to right issue get cash and use company cash to goreng other stock. at the same time cash out their own holding.

just wait and see , the money will be use to goreng which stock in the next round. first round goes to PNEPCB already

@alex . yes the price is adjusted today to 5.5 c. because the right is worth 0.5 c .therefore they minus it out from the closing of 6c

When the JOE-OR start trading it will be 0.5c
