Jolin i think is the right time to start buying MKLAND . we continue to buy irrespective of whether this counter move up or down. Jolin do u still remember what u said about AZRB ? Have u ask your teacher why this counter cannot touch your 'sure' target ? HAHA hopefully your prediction on MKLAND is like AZRB LAH. G9
I guess property market will only recover by late 2018 and even with it recovered, Mkland might not rise to high level compare to other property counters due to its poor sales and unattractive low yield n low cost project in perak...it is better for them to sell land than launching projects tat generates poor take up rate...U must invest long term at period of at least 15 yrs with Mkland in order to see its price doubled cost history has proven tat with tis counter....Its management must all be revamped to see improvement in earnings...
Mkland I guess has made the biggest mistake by selling part of its Damansara Perdana to Empire Mammoth at cheap n low price few years back...Its net asset value could ve much much worth more if they just hold on tight with its DP land till now....
