at this moment look like buying property stock is much more cheaper than buying landed property. ( in term of $ buying landed property is more expensive than buying stock ) Is it time to collect property stock now or a bit later ? any commend on this ? Happy trading
As I ve stated so many times, buying properties hoping tat it will double in price in 5 yrs time is waning given the fact tat most properties in Klang Valley are oversupplied n overhanged with poor demand in some places...However land prices is holding up strong, in fact it is steadily rising year by year...U just need to ask urself Nick, whether u are buying asset or earning in your stock investment...If u go for earning, then don waste time with Mkland as they don ve much expertise to undertake massive project n management is quite poor n incompetent...If u go for asset then Mkland is ideal for u as its massive landbank will support its share price in mkt downturn and it could be target for takeover n buyout due to its low valuation...Overtime values in Mkland will still grow despite its poor financial performance all bcos of the valuable landbank they own in Damansara Perdana n Damai...
nemesis have u sapu the stock already ? I thought u told us the lower the better u can buy buy n buy all . i just say say only . no hard feeling lah. It is EARNING tat really drives up a share price...A company tat has low profit margin will always see its share price depressed n low...Investors don really want to consider their massive landbank bcos time n time again they failed to channel asset into profit...So Nick do you think I will buy more even though it is cheap now???
Will stop buying but I won't sell a single share also, bcos I m sure they will sell land as other alternative to bring in profit...Any land sale if materialised should bring in special dividend to shareholders...even a single acre of their prime landbank will reverse a downturn of its financial year...Mkland is the last company standing tat has the largest undeveloped landbank in Damansara tat no other companies come close...in the end it is still earning or asset u are looking for...
Jolin dear; may I share your secret.? i wonder how you get the number 0.26.? If you are really right . I buy durian for you...... if still god one available. I have been buying a falling knife. now maybe I wait n exit at my next lower point and buy back at 0.26. My average cost was 0.30 last time, sold off at above 0.40 and bought back at lower price few times and sold back at higher price few times...So jolin do you think I m losing.!!! Actually I m waiting for you to sell to me at 0.26...Come on pls act like a man n sell it to me at tat price...
Those who panic sold at 0.30 now ve to bang head....in any crisis there is nothing to be panic about...it is disappointing Mk doesn't drop below 0.30...
Anyway get ready for Bursa rally after raya...most stocks will rise as foreign funds are coming back following brexit....Mkland should rebound strongly...

Nemesis i do not heard of any news about this counter, i bought it just because someone from singapore told my friend that this counter can buy n keep. Any one here heard of any news about this counter ( especially those who r from Penang ) please share with us so that our MKLAND fans can make some $$$$. No doubt today close at 0.45 is much higher then the price b4 ( 0.27 b4 bonus issue ), i personally feel that we can still buy n keep. Who knows can move like FOCAL . Focal started to move from around 20 cents to .......... I think Tadmax can compare to the earlier history of Focal only. OK MK fans ,Happy trading n do make some $$$ from Tadmax n Mkland.
