Mkland is never dead...its 230 acres of undeveloped landbank in Damansara Perdana is more than enuf to support its share price in all mkt cycles even if its earnings are slowing down... I totally believe Damansara Perdana land is worth around 450-500 Psf now and tis should inflates its RNAV to at least 2.70-3.00 per share...its current share price is only 0.315 a deeply huge gap tat separates it fm its true net worth up to nearly 9x...And yet jolin Lai Chi Pet still hoping tat it will drop to 0.26 soon...tis is the funniest n craziest joke I ve ever heard fm him...

Even Ecoworld n Spsetia currently proposed cash call to withstand the worst than expected property severe slowdown due to their high net gearing...A cash call, private placement n right issue all tis rubbish will never happen in Mkland as it is a net cash company and standing on massive undervalued landbank tat once revalued will make u faint and shocked..

Haha jolin lai chi pet mkland is just my small vessel in the deep blue sea...I m diversified in various companies... So if mkland fails me n bankrupted I only write it off easily as I ve various big vessels deployed in other counters which is performing very well...I believe you only ve small boat NOT a vessel so if Mkland fails you will be in big financial trouble...So pls think b4 u even open ur foolish mouth and looked like a fool in front of us...

BLR & HP loan is rising , yesterday announce opr reduce 0.25 points actually is very very little,
But all the banks is yet to make any decision they still monitoring, there is no reducing of interest yet. But i think 0.25 won't help much, if monthly loan is RM 1,500 that means there will be less than RM5 monthly.

If you can hold for 2 years maybe it will reach 0.80c, but short term maybe 0.30c if can predict 100% accurate then can become GOD....

But how come till now the price is still hovering ard 0.32? Are they blind or just ignorance? Tis interest cut won't boost property sales unless government untighten the lending rules...Thus Mkland's earnings are still under pressure moving forward...If u are willing to hold at least 10 yrs then u might strike fortune with Mkland...Ppl still ve a bad impression with Mkland for its bad reputation last time...it takes time to heal...
