Gais do you all remember the phrase reiterate BUY BUY 0.50 coming. Now the target set is 0.18 these people sell when high then make people panic by saying target 0.18…….something is fishy. So gais try to hold on to your dear shares if CANNOT then sell to people who wants to buy at 0.18 I would rather trust trader5 who have targetted 3rd Q for the shares to go up.
Don't wish to sound pessimistic....what if the Company lose both the legal case as well as IRB case? Can anyone confidently say these cases can never shake the Company?😰
Nothing to shout about...it happens to many companies too...what is that chicken little millions if they lost the case compared to the billions worth of Landbank they are holding!!!

If you are mkland's cyber trooper or planted by the management. If no just reply no or yes please admit it so shareholders can either cut loss or stop buying. If no continue with your buy calls giving more concrete information on mkland's future projects. When people like you continually give buy calls they are influenced by it and the buy and if it keeps dropping they have the right to be angry NOT YOU.

Instead of complaining, maybe U should buy more Dasan when the share price offers you at bigger discount currently...that is wat separate U from a real long term investor...

I am writing here just to share my analysis. Actually I am doing the forecast base on my analysis. The price movement could be earlier or could be later, depending on news and financial (catalyst or stimulating factor).
If you are a long term investor, this is definitely the company of choice. It is waiting for the right time to explode. Currently their QR looks stagnant because of non performing educational arm and also early phase of solar business.
Actually there is so much potential lies under this company, upon execution of national & state economic agenda (Perak Sejahtera 2030, National Energy Transformation Plan, Madani Economic Plan).
Let me list it for everyone attention:
1. Klang Valley Potential - Damansara Perdana & Damansara Damai development project 2. Klang Valley Satellite - Bukit Beruntung development project to provide cheap housing option for those working in Kl & Selangor 3. Meru Perdana & Klebang Potential - To support “Ipoh version of Shah Alam” housing demand which is continue to grow with the movement of gov offices to Meru Raya 4. Simpang Pulai Potential - Upon the boom of Ipoh Raya Integrated Park, their housing development project will soon to be hot cake like Meru Perdana/Klebang projects 5. Kerian Potential - Once the state & federal gov confirmed the opening of the industrial park, their land-bank values in Kerian will shoot up 6. Business Diversification Potential - Their strategy in diversifying their revenue stream to Renewable Energy. At their current status (Bumis Co) and performance (timely project completion), they are heading the race for Bumis company. But it is going to take 1-1.5 years before the profitability to be seen in QR.
If you ask me, my recommendation for intraday player, this is not your playground.
If you are long term investor, which is including me, this is a counter to watch.

Speaking of Land Bank, TALAMT is in an excellent position with its acres and acres of valuable land in Serendah. And they are trading only at +-2sen! And look at the high volume traded yesterday at 61 million. Is Talamt making a move now?
MKland's total landbank is 4800 acres while 3000 acres is situated in Lembah beriah, Kerian where potential for industrial property development is planned...Perak theme play is a major catalyst to chart new chapter growth for Mkland...
Balsa Project at Meru Perdana with GDV RM39Mil (this one based on news) and some shoplot development which I estimate at GDV RM10Mil (17 shoplot at RM600K average per unit) had never get any attention. Checking last month, 7 out of 17 shoplots already sold. Unfortunately I don’t have more fund to buy, so just asking only hahaha
This company didn’t get the right attention. I think it is something for their management to reflect as well. Doing good work without getting attention, means nothing haha
They must start to launch industrial properties fast that can generate higher profit margin and waste no more time...in this property recovery where most developers are planning to go big with GDV reaching billion, Mkland must also take this opportunity to sell aggressively with launching of at least 1 to 1.5 billion GDV...or else its EPS will forever stuck at 1.0 sen per share yearly...Its LSS4 Solar division contributes veryy little to its total revenues...They must maximise their existing landbank to launch big projects...So far they haven't come out with massive project launching above 1 billion GDV n that is disappointing given the fact they are holding up to 4800 acres of land...time is crucial as we don't want to end up with Mkland that is forever trading below 0.25 Sen...We want Mkland to return to its former Glory!!!
They must start launching high end residential Condo n service apartment in Damansara Perdana aggressively to generate GDV of at least 1 billion and above...this is my suggestion!!! It is very hard to propel the company forward if its total GDV launching yearly is below 300 mil...
After all this grievances I still believe the Best is coming to Mkland as I believe they are charting up robust growth plans to propel the company forward so all of us should give them time to plan things out for the betterment of all of MK shareholders...
They need to focus more on commercial high end development besides only doing low end affordable housing...they need to create values for Shareholders too...
It is coming soon...LSS5 is opened up for Bidding and i fully believe MK can be the first runner up to win this massive Floating Solar Project...Let us hope that this LSS5 will be a great turning point for Mkland which has been lagging behind...I believe this Company still has great potential to rise back from lacklustre performance..."The Fallen shall Rise again"
MKland is expected to win a big portion of this massive Solar Project due to its Bumiputera status...Mkland is staging for a massive turnaround if a large portion of this LSS5 is secured successfully...Do not Sell Mkland for the time being as the Best is coming to Mkland soon...
The Alliance of Mkland and Majuperak shall be the biggest winner...Perak state is the theme play for their foundation in Perak be it Solar project or Property Development...
914601117 Surely something is very very fishy. Nemesis weeks ago told in this forum that the target is 0.18 but asking people to buy at 0.21 sadly it is still on the downside. So dear investors becareful of EVERYONE who actively promote this counter. It is a good counter BUT you have to wait very patiently. If you have excess money then buy and keep it. Otherwise forget about this counter for the time being. People who actively promote this counter could be management linked or have vested interest. So just be careful. You decide and don't let people trap you. Cheers guys.
