I found it totally pointless having a discourse with someone totally into himself, unwilling to admit mistakes, unable to learn and apparently with untreated mental health issues. The repetitive promotion is nauseating and exhausting. Sold most of my TSH shares as a consequence and allocate time elsewhere in more productive ways.

Valuation
Post the earnings adjustment, we have lowered TSH’s TP to RM1.07 (previously RM1.22), based on CY25 PER of 16x. Maintain Sell.

I will dumb dumb hold Tsh for these 3 reasons

1. Diesel price rise by 52% in Peninsular will cause all to see higher cost of production, procurement and transport

One guy who owns a Toyota Hilux diesel told me his previous full tank cost of diesel was Rm180

After price rise cost is Rm250

So all companies operating in West Malaysia will now be impacted by higher cost which eat into their overall performance

Since Tsh totally in Sabah and Indonesia there is no 52% diesel price hike

2. Trump in power will tax all exporting goods to Usa (except Hdd/ssd companies like Jcy/Notion/ Dufu)

Since Tsh deals with palm oil it is safe as its major markets India and China (not Usa)

3. Govt imposing 20% return for all leasehold plantation on lease renewal will impact Tsh the least as its majority palm oil (96%) is located in Indonesia (only 4% in Sabah)

So we keep to safety 1st

We feel very happy to know Spore and Malaysia Top Bank Analysts have picked Tsh

1. Uob Bank (Spore) is in Top 7 of Tsh with 46.4 Million Tsh shares

2. Public Mutual Funds total 3 funds add up to be in Top 8 of Tsh

3. Dbs Bank (Singapore Biggest Bank) has just bought 38 million Tsh shares to be in Top 10

Their Analysts know why their Banks should commit so much funds to buy up Tsh shares

(So begone naysayers!
We will dumb dumb hold Tsh with these Top Banks)

The DPM only raised the controversial proposal and this issue needs to be discussed in the Cabinet, views sought before its implementation. PM Anwar has so far said nothing about it yet but this fella posted the above comment as if it has already been implemented. It seems he knows better than our PM. What a clown he is.

See this news

The proposal was mentioned in Feb 2024 more than half year already

Pm has not said otherwise and silence mean consent

Don't waste time here Gong Kia Tua Pao, go and dream about 6 and 7 star hotels being built in the Kalimantan jungles, go and dream about Nusantara overtaking Singapore one day, go and dream about TSH selling some of its land in Nusantara for RM4.2 million an acre.

China imposing restriction on Canada Canola oil due to trade war will cause them to buy more palm oil

By Nov 2024 Trump if elected will impose very high tariff on China

China will also turn away from buying Us soybean

Again this will indirectly benefit palm oil

Posted by prudentinvestor > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

Gongkia Tua Pao, don't provide us with outdated news. Read the article below, the DPM has already made a clarification but his suggestion would face strong opposition again.

Yes what is your probem?

We will still dumb dumb hold

We know this well

Cpo Rm3933

Tsh cost of Cpo production as low as rm2000 and it will see good gross profit

Plus Tsh is on the way to phase 6 like Inno debt free and dividend paying co

Also Tsh has more value than Bplant and so a candidate for takeover

So we stay happy

Our Singapore friend,

Please stay focus on your promotion. You sounds more like a salesman promoting the many "goodies" of TSH without staying with the most important facts.

Wouldn't it be better for your followers to learn from you:

1. The businesses of TSH
2. The assets of TSH. Its balance sheet. Its strength and its weaknesses.
3. The 10 years revenues, earnings, EPS and DPS of TSH. How has TSH rewarded its shareholders in the past? How TSH will be rewarding its shareholders in the future?
4. Maybe you can project its future cash flows going forward. What will be its cash flow from operations over the next 5 years? What will be its capex for the next 5 years? What will be its projected FCF for the next 5 years? Of course, these figures should be conservatively estimated.
5. How do you value TSH based on your assumptions? Be conservative in your assumptions? Hopefully, our Singaporean friend can also show here how "undervalued" TSH is?

Value should be so obvious, you do not need to use high power mathematics.

Yesterday Dow dropped 600 points on first trading day of Sept 2024

We are quite assured 🌴🌴🌴 is the most resilient

Palm oil survived and did well during 97/98 Asian Financial crisis

And also the Subprime Crisis 2007/8

So 🌴 is safe

Tsh has 3 solid pillars

1. It has past wealth built up by 40 years of sweat and hard work

200,000 acres of lands purchased with high loan repayment finally emerge net cash positive this year

2. Tsh has present wealth
Cpo now over Rm3900 MT and Tsh cost of Cpo production Rm2000 MT translates to a gross profit of over 90%

3. Tsh has lots of future profits

From past profits with wealth stored in purchased assets of lands and others

From More planting to see further Cpo production

From 5 new biogas being set up in Indonesia

All these augur well by Tsh's solid past; stable present and a brightening future

Everything is uncertain.
Invest in certainty.
Palm oil bullish future is certain.

B20 = base price 2000
B30 = base price 3000
B35 =3500
B40 = 4000
B50 = Base price 5000
Base price keeps going higher and higher .
Base pricer 5k means it can reach even higher to 6k to 7k on supply crisis or high demand
Invest in certainty
Indonesia aiming to accelerate to B50 next year
https://biofuels-news.com/news/indonesia-aiming-to-accelerate-to-b50-next-year/

Indonesia president-elect Prabowo Subianto is aiming to implement mandatory 50% palm oil-based biodiesel blending by early 2025, which he said would cut fuel imports by $20 billion (€17.9 billion) per year.
Indonesia said it planned to raise the blending to 40% in January 2025, from 35% now, in an effort to reduce fuel imports and lower emission from fossil fuels.
Prabowo takes over in October from incumbent Joko Widodo, whose administration has ordered the palm oil industry to prepare for B50.
"We are at B35 now and we will accelerate to B40, B50," Prabowo said.
"With B50, 50% biodiesel made of palm oil, once we reach B50, that God willing by end of this year or early next year, we will save $20 billion a year, we do not need to send this money overseas."
Indonesia biofuel producer association APROBI said producers would need time to tests the B50 fuel and increase their production capacity to meet the demand.

Palm oil companies are ultra high risk today.
Palm oil without palm tree will start production anytime in near future.
Many companies have pilot plants.

Posted by EngineeringProfit > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

oh yes............Microbial fermentation offers a more sustainable alternative to traditional palm oil production, as it does not require land clearing or the destruction of habitats. It can also be scaled up in controlled environments, reducing the environmental footprint.
Scalability: This technology can potentially be scaled up to meet global demand for palm oil without the need for large-scale plantations.

Alternative wont work. As it consume much more water (and water is getting more expensive) and energy (getting more expensive) and chemicals(more expensive) to produce. If it scales up to currrent volume to replace palm oil.Nobody got water to drink anymore.

"1. Kseng has less than 9,000 acres oil palm lands
While Tsh Resources got over 150,000 acres"

Caivin the Tua Pao, a few days ago, you wrote the above comment. True, Keck Seng has nearly 9,000 acres of land of which about 1,800 acres are valuable residential, commercial and industrial lands which you deliberately omitted. The rest are oil palm plantations. Your claim that TSH has over 150,000 acres of plantation land was already an exaggeration. It has only 123,000 acres of such land. This morning you inflated TSH's land banks to 200,000 acres. When is TSH's land bank going to magically reach 1,000,000 acres?

Future will see huge drops in land values.
Fusion power will be online 2030 early to 2035 to 2040 for the developed countries of US, China and UK respectively. Fusion already achieved net positive power gain.
Solar will die off.

All industries are using way less land foot print due to automation and all in one machine units.
Where olden days requires 10 machines, spread over large area; its all done now in just 1 small machine
All food industries including palm oil, soya oil etc will revert to factory productions and not land planted.

Read TSH's latest annual report. The report stated TSH has 48,913 hec (120,814 acres). Another piece of land was given in acres --2387 acres. Which is more reliable? Do you believe in TSH or Kenanga. I thought you often condemn IBs.

This morning you claimed TSH has 200,000 acres. Which is which now?

"When Ikn Nusantara is completed by 2045 it might overtake Putrajaya, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Beijing or Singapore"

Calvin the Tua Pao, three weeks ago you wrote the above comment. I think there is only one aspect that Nusantara might overtake Hong Kong, Tokyo, Beijing or Singapore. Just flood Nusantara with 40 million people by 2045 then at least its population overtakes the population of the four cities you mentioned. The other aspects? Tan Ku Ku lah.

Posted by Balian de Ibelin > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

Nusantara is out of the way for all freight ships so goods will cost extra.

Bekasi for Jakarta is still the best due to Straits of Malacca onwards to Singapore.
If consumer goods in Nusantara costs 1.5X of Jakarta, will be difficult to grow population.

3 golden rules

Rule number one

Never to lose money

Rule number two..
Rule number two is to remember rule number one

That is, Never to lose money

By Warren Buffet..

Rule number three

Rule number three is
" He that is low needs fear no fall"

When Ytl power was over Rm5.00 (from 60 sen)..

Someone came here told us not to promote palm oil as no research house or analyst promoted palm oil in Malaysia

He promoted highflying Ytl power over Rm5.00 and looked down on 🌴🌴🌴

Today Ytl power had dropped 30% from people

He failed to remember Calvin's 3rd rule

"He that is low needs fear no fall"

Warren Buffet said

If a company business does well it's share price eventually follows (he did not say immediately. He said eventually)

When we started investing in palm oil 2020/21

Cpo was Rm2600 MT
TODAY CPO IS RM3900

or up 50%

so we will dumb dumb hold

even if Dow crashed by 10,000 points or 20,000 points we will still see good profits for palm 🌴 if Cpo holds above Rm3300 to Rm4200

so we stay safe

in the worst financial crisis of 97/98 when 49 Malaysian banking and loans collapsed to only 9

palm oil survived

so nothing to fear

"in the worst financial crisis of 97/98 when 49 Malaysian banking and loans collapsed to only 9

Calvin the Tua Pao, after the financial crisis of 97/98, Maybank, CIMB Bank and Public Bank have gained by over 20 to 30 times from their 97/98 lows. The best plantation stocks such as KLK and Asiatic Development (now Genting Plant.) have gained at most 10 times. Some like TDM and Pinehill Pacific have not moved from their 97/98 lows.

Many don't know history of 97/98 Asian Financial Crisis

There were 49 banks and credit cos then

When crisis hit many closed shop or were taken over like EU Finance and CCM corp

Founders lost almost everything when Big
banks swallowed all these weak ones

As for all palm oil cos they did well and prospered

Same will happen again

India is a founding member of BRICS but many companies are setting up semiconductor fabs in India. Malaysia is such an insignificant country to the US and it is unlikely to be targeted. Know your geopolitics well. China is the country that the US wants to contain apart from Russia but Russia has been greatly weakened now.
