According to the disposal proposal, managment said will result in 7m gain, but in fact the latest result showed 14m gain.
The previous quarter showed 8m worth of asset held for sales, 8m + 14m = 22m
So actually the cost of the disposal asset is 8m.
New thing learnt, next time if there is any disposal, we should calculate the gain according to asset as held for sale in the balance sheet instead of the proposed gain, then we will be more accurate in stealing the chicken.
