Base Fuel Price
Contractor shall itemise the Base Fuel Price used as the basis of the Operating Rate. Base Fuel Price shall be delivered to site and inclusive of all State, Federal Taxes, etc.
For any price variation (increase or decrease) of the Base Fuel Price delivered to site during the duration of this Contract, the Contractor shall submit documentation and the Operator will adjust the relevant invoices (increase or decrease) accordingly. Refer to Schedule B 12. Rates Payable to Contractor

this contract with petronas carigali, so 2 years velesto will provide its oil rigs to petronas?
but when and how much contract is not know yet right?
so its basically nothing happen, until petronas wants to use their oil rig?

On the other way, Petronas booking with Umbrella contract meaning is open for job call out from all PSA/PSCs in Malaysia. At least the local market is secured.

When no contracts where some rigs in idle, price support strong at 0.135c - 15c. When oil price trading at usd 60 share price steady at 0.135 - 15c. When covid case plunged up share price well support at 0.135 - 15c. Now got numerous contracts in hand, oil price trading at usd 100, new talented BOD just joined in but Velesto drop like no tomorrow....what the hell is this man.

Debts down from RM 1 billion to RM 580 million. Down 50% over one year. Thanks to Naga 7, sunk just in time without any casualty :D. Nothing to worry now, just waiting for job call out. I believe Velesto rigs will be very busy with high oil price. This RM 0.11 per share is a durian runtuh price. Myvi become Audi is not a day dream.

Although Petronas offer 2 years Contract but Velesto do not have to take Petronas offer.---Everything depends
on Daily Rate Offer. Right now up 4Q21, Velesto earnings are based on Old rate. and uncomplete Contracts
offer by different International Co. Once New rate are established, earnings will leap----Why take Petronas's
offer if other International Co offer Higher Rate and longer Contracts

long Contract-----Dont think Velesto management will accept anything less than 40% up....given all Sapura
Rigs are taken Up. How can anybody Find spare Rigs around Malaysian Water??????

lel i also bought 10.5c and 11c
after that 2years contract with petronas, that slim chance for increase use of their oil rigs.....
need to play the long game though very slow, no catalyst until petronas want to use velesto's rigs
