Parkson Retail Group Ltd. (3368.HK) announces 20% Interim Dividend of RMB0.02/HKD0.022 based on its latest price of HKD0.11, for First Half 2024, despite overall revenue slow down.
“Parkson Retail Group Limited is a leading nationwide lifestyle commercial operation service provider in the People's Republic of China. The Parkson brand was introduced to the Beijing market in the early 1990's and has now operated and managed a diversified collection of retail format including department stores, shopping malls, concept store *Parkson Beauty", city outlets and selection supermarkets. Currently, the Group operated and managed 42 Parkson
stores and 2 Parkson Newcore City Malls, in 28 cities in PRC and Laos.”
Recently Parkson China have opened new Supermarket model outlet(s). Notably Parkson Credit and rental services revenues have been growing, with continuous cost rationalization strategies.
Parkson’s Beijing Financial Street building solely earns HKD271mil (12 year contract) in rental compared to its current Market Capitalisation of HKD379mil.

Parkson Retail Group Ltd. (HK) Free Cash Flow (FCF) has been increasing for the past few years based on Gurufocus website hence the 2nd Consecutive Year for Dividend payout? Last year 9% dividend payout based on previous share price. FCF calculated by gurufocus website is higher than its market capitalization.
Quite crazy undervaluation of Parkson HK shares.
Price: RMB0.10 +
Dividend: RMB0.02
