Company warrants are issued by the company and give the holders the right, but not an obligation, to subscribe for new ordinary shares at a specified price during a specified period of time.

Structured warrants are proprietary instruments issued by a third-party issuer, namely an eligible broker or financial institution that give holders the right, but not the obligation, to buy (call warrants) or sell (put warrant) the underlying instrument in the future for a fixed price.

A call warrant is in-the-money when the exercise price is lower than the price of the underlying share.

A put warrant is in-the-money when the underlying share price is lower than the exercise price.

Let go temporary amidst current situations. No regret even if it hikes.

Why shares buy back? Waste of cash. Give higher div is a better way to support the price. Shares buy back is subject to abuse. TP DY=3.5% under current condition.

Brem Holdings Bhd is buying six parcels of leasehold industrial land in Serendah, Selangor for RM68.26 million to replenish its land bank. The vacant plots measure 528,439 square metres in total and are located near the Sungai Buaya interchange and toll plaza on the North-South Expressway. The purchase price translates to RM129.17 per square metre. The property and construction group is acquiring the six plots from an investment holding company, Padang Dinamik Sdn Bhd. They have a remaining lease term of 75 years until 2095. Brem said the acquisition will be financed through internally-generated funds or bank borrowing, and is expected to be completed by end-2021.
