What is cheating?

Under Malaysian Penal Code, cheating is to commit a crime under sec 420 PC.

420. Whoever cheats and thereby dishonestly induces the person deceived, whether or not the deception practiced was the sole or main inducement, to deliver any property to any person, or to make, alter, or destroy the whole or any part of a valuable security, or anything which is signed or sealed, and which is capable of being converted into a valuable security, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than one year and not more than ten years and with whipping, and shall also be liable to fine.

I lost money following OTB. But I never blamed him because he was sincere and genuine. He is human and not infallible. Just that I followed the recommendations at the wrong time. Sad to say, the same cannot be said of KYY.

Yes. I have invested in Puer tea since 2003. Still keeping 2 tons (66 boxes) worth 7 million ringgit at today's market price. Early years puer tea appreciated by about 30% per year, with 21 years, it has appreciated 100 times.

No need to worry. I have too much cash in FD and dividend from stocks already more than enough to live comfortably.

Every year I will spend a couple of months with my grand children in UK.
