If good result, QR will be released earlier than due date or on cut off date. That is the common pattern observed by most companies listed in KLSE. No need high technical skills or fundamental analysis. The psychology of delaying reveals the reluctance of announcing not so impressive QR.
Dickyme didnt say no good ah. But if one go deeper into the numbers against certain facts that transpired....the numbers aren't impressive, supported by some provision write-back.
The profit before tax of RM2.39 million mainly arose from sales registered by Asap Sdn Bhd and the write back of allowance for impairment losses on trade receivables no longer required amounted to RM1.43 million during the quarter.
Which brings us back to the fundamental question of the ASAP profit guarantee of 7.5m/year or cumulative 15m over 2 years. The ASAP outfit should be meeting this profit guarantee standalone, while the Angkasa deal should not murk this fact, as subscribers of the earlier rights issue paid for the profit guarantee from the ASAP business and not ASAP + Angkasa business. :)
