Let us have a go still with MRA champion jockey Clyde, as this unexpected demotion to class 5 will see Bahvest running in races which are in the pocket. Give it about 2 weeks, and he will be raring to go again in class 4.
Dettori is expensive, especially with his engagements for Godolphin Stables, the Dubai connections donning the dark blue silk colors. Best we reserve him when Bahvest move to Class 1 by year end and run him in classics. Perhaps in February 2024, Dettori will be on board Bahvest for the Tunku Gold Cup.
If we use Dettori now, he will push Bahvest rapidly to the top class, which might also not be favorable to us. These are just issues for serious deliberation😎😎.

KK7198, if you review the Bahvest race yesterday, he got checked at the 20/21 pole marker, and Clyde had to restraint him from being involved in untoward incidences that could turn into a tragic pile up. FL and party have claimed that that they are still in the process of negotiation with DL and party for the settlement of the trespassing issue and other issues. However, it is believed that their initial negotiation ended up without any progress. It is said that FL and party have pressed for reduction and time extension but DL and party have rejected outright and the nego has reached " stalemate " in the interim. It is expected that further rounds of negotiation are underway but so far no schedules are forwarded.

Judging from the situation, DL and party are adamant for their demand while FL and party dont seem to give in. Who was in the wrong first, FL or DL ? So far ,there is no signs of reconciliations but loggerheads are expected to continue at the detriment of the interest of investors. Most investors have already sidelined this counter hence the uptrend is unlikely to happen for a while.

The oldest jockey, Ricky Kingston would ride him in every race. As a kid, my favourite jockey then was Australian George Podmore. I would call him Podgy. Oh.."Podgy is gonna win this race". He was a bit old jockey and was a rank below Jim Johnson,Des Coleman,Lyle Harbridge and Johnny Willson in those days.

All minerals in or on any land in Malaysia vest solely in the respective state authorities (section 3, State Mineral Enactment). The property in minerals can only pass to a person or company that has won a concession and has paid the relevant fee (section 97, State Mineral Enactment). The owner of land where there are mineral resources does not have an automatic right over the mineral resource. The owner can apply for a proprietary mining licence before mining (section 81, State Mineral Enactment).

A mineral tenement (which includes individual mining licences, prospecting licences, exploration licences, mining leases and propriety mining licences) can be granted or transferred to any of the following:
A natural person.
A company incorporated under the Companies Act 2016 and authorised under its constitution to hold mining land.
A body expressly empowered to hold mining land under any written law.
A foreign company authorised by its constitution to hold mining land.

In Sabah, all minerals are reserved to the State Government together with the right to prospect, mine, collect and dispose of such minerals (after compensating the owner of the land for damage to the land or buildings). A mineral tenement cannot be transferred without the consent of the minister in charge of lands and minerals.

In Sabah, a prospecting licence confers on the licensee the exclusive right to prospect for minerals specified in the licence and within the area under the prospecting licence. A prospecting licence is only transferable with the permission of the Yang di-Pertua Negara of Sabah.

In Sabah, a mining lease allows the holder to work, remove, dispose of, dress (that is, separating the minerals from their ores for further processing) and treat the minerals set out in the mining lease. Sabah's Mining Ordinance 1960 does not provide for a separate category of proprietary mining licences.

In Sabah, there are no restrictions on the duration of a prospecting licence or mining lease.
