@jwinter3 I think you’re late in requesting to join the meeting, the procedure is sign up > choose up coming event > a request wl b sent cuz they wl nid to check ur details etc to make sure u r a shareholder. Then a link will be sent to your email.

KGB did mentioned that they don’t provide any sort of vouchers or etc is because the virtual meeting service expenses are high haha

Leong : cheer for the good development. Good to see many positive "forumers" coming in.
For personal interest, owner would not want the price to go high so that lower exercise price of warrant can be set.
For company interest, price should go high so that higher exercise price can be set. Then more fund can be collected from all shareholders when converting warrant.
Let's see how the share price moves to catch a glimpse of attitude of the owners.

Good to see this ship still remain intact after stormy wave.

However, i can sense that profit taking will take place toward the end of Jun 21. I.e before bonus ex date.. hopefully cum bonus price on 30 Jun 21 is around RM 2.40..

Bonus date and warrant issue date are not the same.
Ex bonus date is on 1st July 2021.
Warrant issue date will announce later probably mid of July 21. Till now still not sure what is the exercise price of the warrants ..

Nepo and SQ : no, till 30 Jun 21 you will get free mother only, no warrant for you yet. You have to wait for announcement and ex-date of the proposed warrant.

once you sell the mother share before/on 30Jun, you cannot get warrant as after selling the mother share, you are not shareholder of KGB anymore.
