Kelington Group Bhd (KGB) is expected to secure more Singapore-based jobs in the second half of 2021, underpinned by notable fabrication expansion projects coming on stream in the country.

SH : my understanding is that you still entitle for free warrant after the ex-date of bonus issue on 1Jul. Assuming on 30Jun, KGB closed at rm2.18, on 1Jul21, the mother share will open at 2.18/2=rm1.09. After few days or weeks, company will announce ex-date(XXJul21) for the free warrant. As long as you buy before the ex-date(XXJul21), you will entitle for it.

Meaning if I have 600 mother share now, after bonus issues I will have 1200 mother shares.
Then later after warrant Ex date I will get 1 for 3 free warrant, which is 400 free warrant. ? correct.
or I will only getting 200 warrants as before Bonus Ex date ?

Warrant exercise price has not been declared yet and also need to monitor the mother share as well after X for warrant
Need to know the exercise price inorder to determine the warrant price
