$大众金融控股 (00626.HK)$ 大众金融控股自从成为了马来西亚大众银行的73.23%子公司后，经营路线就显得谨慎，缓慢，迟暮和不进取。这个相信好大的原因可能是因为管理层大部分都是一班年老的老将在决策,外部经济环境脆弱。对比回其它的大头 （新加坡的DBS，UOB 一样可以通过自身的整合和并购创造佳绩）。大众金融控股短期表面看来或许没什么坏处，但是从长远角度来看，生意有如逆水行舟 （不进则退）。想当初在创办人TAN SRI 郑鸿标的带领下，母公司马来西亚大众银行的扩张步伐是那么的令人津津乐道，鼓舞和进取。每年的 总资产回报率，股东权益回报率， 和股息回酬都是行内的领头羊。比较起现在的大众金融控股股息回酬在这十多年看似都维持着6%-8%， 但是这都是因为以下的错觉
1）股价大幅下行，所以一样的每年派息数额 ÷ 股价 等于 6%-8%
2）每年的净利要不就勉强维持，要不就下行10%-20% 百分点
3）分行是愈开愈多，但是年净利是不同步的
一个公司最初的上市初衷不外是
1）提高知名度
2）方便筹集资金
3）跟股东分享生意所带来的成果，权益

这些九流管理层唯一的希望就是霸住位等运。。完全没有创新和求变的心态。。母公司的管理层都是一狗色。。还以为当年的辉煌是他们的功劳。。。殊不知是吃正大马的经济起飞而觉得自己很厉害。。。Maybank CIMB 的管理层就有求变和励志啦。。。新董事局成员都是废物一个。。。看他控制的jcbnext 0058 就知道他的功力啦。。。半生不死。。一班废材走埋一堆。希望郑鸿标的女儿入去会有新景象啦

曾经持有626一段长时间，但两三年前我已经将626沽晒出去，计埋股息，冇赚冇蚀平手走，港股行衰运几年，626行衰运十年，对这只股票感觉无奈，亦都有亲身去股东大会，对于公司嘅管理层，任何方面都系守旧，落后，退步，可怜的事，
股东大会大部分嘅小股东都系超过60-70岁以上，管理层大部分都超过70岁以上，早期还有一丝嘅盼望，就系母公司马来西亚大众银行表现优越，主席郑鸿标在生嘅时候，还希望改善，现在唯一私有化嘅概念，越来越渺茫，希望最终实行，但系就算溢假一倍，有多少股东都系得不偿失。

最惨就系逆向思维去谂，佢都冇发围机会，博佢私有化，因为我睇过佢嘅损益表，佢有三十几个自置物业，大部份用20年前买入价计算，唔系用现今嘅市价mark to market，现时股价咁低残，PB肯定连0.1都冇。

For my point of view, management is a key matters that drag public bank hongkong into disasters.management keeps on emphasis that macro economic environment very challenging but I didn’t see any good profit show in their annual report from past 10 years onwards when the time macroeconomic in good condition. For holding company public bank Malaysia,public bank hongkong only contributed very tiny profit to their group profits,the mother company top management don’t even bother the hongkong market.really feel pity n sorry to those public bank hongkong investors, especially those retirees old folks

Black diamond u r very funny.Public bank group control over 70% of public bank hongkong,any profit loss occur will reflected into public bank Malaysia.although the contribution amount just a smal portion compare to public bank group . As a mature investor we shall look at the picture with all angle, I do hope you can succeed in your investment path with this kind of short sight vision.Try to be open minded with reverse thinking.!Yes public bank is a blue chip stock in Malaysia,but in terms of growth prospects n dividend ,public bank stand no more as tier one player

Since the stock-split at end of FY20, the average EPS in FY21 was 7.28cents and DPS was 15.2cents. The average EPS FY23 (only 3Q) is 8.64cents and DPS is 18cents (estimated pending 4Q announcement). These have returned stockholders approximately 9.34%/year on EPS and 9.2%/year on DPS.

If not mistaken, there was a statement that the bank would give out more than 5% dividend for 2023.. Assuming that it just gives out only 5% and 4Q eps is just 8 sen (less that the first 3 quarters), its second dividend should be 7.9 sen..
