i read somewhere that the land size BPlant is buying is smaller than what IOI was trying to get at that time. So perhaps that could be the reason why the price is less than before.

buy what is value for money is not goreng. going to sell land for 750 mil not 75 mil. market cap is only 580 mil. it is undervalue not goreng. tell me why dnex market cap 885 mil and got any assets that is worth so much?

4444, this isn't about earnings. You see current market CAP of DUTA at current price is $529million after today's spike. Now, BPlant is offering $750million for the land. So what does it mean, it means there's a mispricing in the market. That is why there's a straight adjustment upwards. Even after today's spike, it is still below that 750million

and @thecontrarian has good reasons to be cautious on this loi transaction as ioi backed out of buying this same piece of land, 3mths after inking the s&p.

so safer to be cautious.
