why argue until the cow came home. As long as cpo price average 4 k jaya tiasa will earn decent earning and give dividend. Its value of all plantations and timber concessions combined is much higher than its total market capitalisation. Compared this with many other companies with bigger capitalisations but with peanut earnings and dividend.

You need to work out the revenue for month Oct, Nov and Dec based on reported CPO and PK month average MPOB spot price and jayatiasa reported CPO and PK production.

It is still too early to estimate coming quarter ended 31/12/2024 earning.
But based on quarter end 30/9/2024 earning when quarter average CPO price 3935 and PK 2452 and Quarter ended 31/12/2024 should be much higher thus earning should be higher.

When I bought Jayatiasa my aim is to build a portfolio that will give me good dividend. I only estimate as long as CPO can stay about 4000 it will be already very good.

So anything above that is extra bonus for me.
Note: PK price is now 3500+

If we assume that the coming 2Q - OCT to DEC: same as last FY2024:-
1) FFB 345,778 MT,
2) CPO production 69092 same as last FY 24.
3) Average spot CPO 4400 to 4500.

What is your estimated for coming 2Q Earning?
Reading on phillip posting mentioning, you estimate PBT 130mil coming Q? Seem good earning..
The management has forecast the FY2025 FFB 1.2mil MT. in increase of about 10%..

Actually, the share price is driven by revenue and earnings output. If you know that next quarter oct Nov dec your average cpo price are 4800-5000, you will be guaranteed a monster of a dividend. And looking at jtiasa history, they will probably be giving it out next quarter. So if you bought at rm1 and you receive 10 cents dividend for the year, how much would you rate the price of jtiasa especially if they retire their debt this year?

Thank God Mikey is not spamming this Forum !!! Anyway, Today, Spot CPO price is Rm 5250 !! as can be verified by Klse Screener. What with Ave Cpo price of 4500 to 5000 for the coming 3 months, EPS will definitely be higher than this Qtr 7.47. !!
Did you all notice the highest Nett Profit Margin to Revenue is by Utd Plt , around 40%, followed by HS Plant and Innovest at 31%. Jaya tiasa is at 26 %, but will definitely be higher next quarter as will be Totally Free of Debts and higher A.S.Price. A good Div will be declared as they have not declared any. So let us hope price will catch up with its NTA of RM 1.50. Definitely a growth share as last Qtr Earnings impeded by Higher Taxation of more then normal 24%.

JTIASA management need to work out the plan to keep the mill efficient through out the year like utdplant... to maintain 7c eps per quarter..
