Please share us on its continuously sustainablity and long term strategic plan. How long would the existing land bank last?
The existing 750 acres land bank will last us at least 15-20 years.
Currently we have two approved master plan developments which will sustain our development activities for at least 7 to 15 years. - Damansara Avenue 42 acres master plan - 10 to 15 years - Little bay cove 33 acres master plan - 6 to 7 years
hkc1969 and pitbull It looks like Trump Vancouver construction revenue has already been taken into account last quarter. Revenue this quarter is therefore less , profits as well. But if we look at the 1.2 sen / share profits earned and also Net assets have gone up as well to 59 sen from 57 sen the results can be considered good. If the results can be repeated over the remaining quarters we could be seeing about 5 sen/share. If P/E is say at a conservative 10 the share price can rise up to 50 sen. In my opinion we should see the share price finally going past it's IPO price of 50 sen which was way back in 2009.
The counter is rather undervalued. It could pop in june if little bay is sold. Really really hoping for it.

why the price like stagnant ?
