I still have faith in this counter, it depends on how well JK lead the company to another level. It's still early to tell, we shall wait and see. Anyway thanks for sharing your thoughts.
I focus on the fundamental of the company in stead of share price. I know many of you get shock and panic when tagb trading at this current level, but i never worry about it.
There is a lot of frustration which is very understandable. After almost 8 years share price is way below IPO price. Those who bought at high price must be really tired of waiting. The last time TA Enterprise unlock it's value was giving out TAGB shares to shareholders.
Same thing can happen if TAGB were to list it's hotels as a REIT. That will unlock it's value and reward shareholders. Tony cannot support the share price as he is close to the limit of MGO. Share price has been going down on low volume. Don't worry too much. Be patient.

公司董事管理者,在Unlock Book Value 時,同時應該考慮把公司的股票數量減少,也同時提高公司股票的面值到RM1.00。這是其中一個方法能夠幫助公司穩定在市場的股價。因為公司是走高級酒店和高級發展屋業方向,考慮周全可以防止股票炒作在公開市場。不是給阿豬,阿狗,阿貓,都可以進來炒公司的股票。現在1 lot 才RM300。( 好像是廉價發展公司,太沒有形象。)
TAGB will sell Little Bay only if the offer price is very good and meet their expectation. If the offer price is below their expectation, TAGB will keep the land to develope themselves. That is the style of Tony.
TAGB is trading at 7.9 times PE ratio. Investors and analysts are still neglecting the stock. All the bad news like soft property market since 2014 have already been factored into the low stock price. The property upturn is expected to improve next year. Bare in mind, stock market will react 6 to 9 months in advance.
Sales is very good. It is true that they are selling Tower A now. Tower B is either already sold out or left with minimal units only. In fact, the project is not even launched yet. It is only opened for previews to VIPs and special guests. The locations of Ativo Suites and Damansara Avenue are very strategic with direct access to MRT in future. It will definitely be a success.
They just launched tower A this month. This project's selling point is its location. It is a high end project and in fact, TAGB is only involved in this high end segment. You can go and have a look yourself at Damansara Avenue. All the shops in the completed Ativo are owned by TAGB for recurring rental income. The commercial area is doing well if we compared it to other commerial areas in the surrounding areas.
It has just broken the technicall level of GPMMA with volume coming in, if it can sustain then uptrend is confirmed!! It might be speculated with very good quarter earning coming soon!
