I doubt he will increase his offer price. He will only do things that protect and/or enhance his wealth(refer Omega and fraud case). TT has been dealing in the stock market for hundreds of years. You think he don't know that 0.31( or 0.66 for TAE) is too low meh? If he increase the offer price, that would deplete his wealth. If he somehow (by hook or by crook) manage to obtain 90% control of TAE and directly + indirectly 90% of TAGB, then we are all stuck at 0.31..LOL. Of course most(including me) are sceptical that he will achieve 90%. We don't know how many % are already owned by his undisclosed Nominees.

I am fed up with this share and I bought it 4 years ago at about 36 cts per share. Now i don' hear any positive news on share price moving upwards and its dividend given is a disgrace to TAGB's growth. Better sell it now at around 30 cts per share and use the money to buy other good shares like Nestle Malaysia or Dutch Lady for better growth. What say you guys?

SC shouldn't keep approving d extension for mgt to fix d public shareholding spread. It must be limited to only 3 extensions. Else mgt can extend forever.

百盛纳今天向交易所报备,独资子公司Pesona Metro私人有限公司(简称PM公司),在今天从Indo Aman Bina私人有限公司获得得标书,后者是达全球(TAGB,5158,主板产业股)的独资子公司。

据项目合约,PM公司负责在雪兰莪斯里白沙罗,建设33层和28层的服务式公寓,另加1层休闲设备空间、9层停车场和店屋单位,以及4层地下停车场。

这项目上月15日开始生效,为期32个月。

So that explain d volume yesterday? This counter worth far more than 31 sen but ignored by market... Perhaps got to do with its inability to create value to shareholders...

This counter has so much potential but ignored by the market. TT does this purposely so no one can 'rampas' his TAGB from him. I do own some shares for this company.

Wrote to MSWG asking about the shareholding spread extension issue. Below is what I received.

"For your info, the approval for the extension of time is up to the regulator. Therefore, we advise you to refer to Bursa Malaysia directly."

Public shareholding issue take time solve.TAGB low volume mainly due to weak property market sentiments. Major risk for TAGB is the TA 3 & 4 costs, wondering how many people afford to buy.

他说,政府已采取积极措施豁免税务,目前正在等候房地产业者降低屋价。

“我们要看到价格下降,我对附加配套没兴趣,这是毫无意义的。”

他也提到,政府反对专门为外国人而建的城镇产业发展。

另一方面,大马房地产发展商公会主席孙兴存指出,目前该公会在研究是否可能降低屋价,该报告预计将在近期公布。

I doubt that TA 3 & 4 can target only local buyers... it will be a mixture of both local and foreign buyers judging from the location.

(柔佛.新山26日讯)马来西亚房地产发展商协会柔佛州分会主席拿督张润安表示,发展商愿意配合财政部长林冠英作出房价需下调的宣布,但希望联邦政府和州政府能共同重新检讨一些过时的政策,以及一些过高的收费。

他相信,一旦这些已不合时宜的政策获得检讨,房价将得以调低至超出林冠英所预期的10%。

他说,尽管联邦政府豁免部份建筑材料的销售与服务税(SST),但发展成本并不是只有建材,还有其他费用,如图测、水电工程、土著保留单位等,这也令到建筑成本从过去的3至5%,增加至18%。

他今日偕同该会理事成员,在KSL酒店召开新闻发布会回应林冠英要发展商调低房价的要求时如是表示。

张润安强调,发展商并非拒绝支付发展所需缴付的部份费用,但他认为,一些政策向发展商收取的费用过高,需要作出调整。

询及哪一些发展成本对发展商造成冲击,张润安则表示待总会发表声明后,柔州分会才提供补充资料,他暂不做进一步说明。

许木兴:州政策也要调整

马来西亚房地产发展商协会柔佛州分会前任主席许木兴也说,发展商很大程度受政府的政策影响,而若联邦政府希望调低房产价格,州政府的部份政策也相应需要调整。

“如果联邦政府作出了宣布后,州政府依然维持现有政策,房价是很难下调的。”

张润安对于财长宣布房价需要调低表示欢迎,但他也向政府喊话,若要房价下调,发展商也需要政府的支持。”

出席发布会者包括马来西亚房地产发展商协会柔佛州分会秘书王文郎、副秘书萧福华,理事阿都拉萨、陈玉雄和许源凯。

在我的看法,TA & TAGB的股價要大漲除非TA把一部分( 60.1748% )在TAGB的股權賣出去給第三者,同時TAGB設立酒店房地產投資信託基金(REIT),以釋放位於在中國,新加坡,澳大利亞和加拿大的酒店資產價值,並且把TA 3 & TA 4納入將設立酒店房地產投資信託基金(REIT)。只有這樣TA & TAGB 才能走的更遠。

TA Global has a 3.12-acre parcel at the junction of Jalan Imbi and Jalan Bukit Bintang. It is said that the tallest residential development in the capital at 80 storeys will be built there and called Nova Square. The site is currently an open-air car park.

Maybe could get extended due to failed mgo for TA Enterprise. As the rules requires him to wait one year before he can launch another mgo offer, I guess he could ask for extension up to then (sept 2019). Let's see what happens.
Quarterly results out in one week. Looking forward to that.
