Mr. OTB, the hyperscaler has taken up 80MW of AI data centre at YTLP Kulai DC park.

SEA Ltd has taken up 40MW of colocation data centre (without AI), the balance 8MW at this colocation data centre (DC1) is to be reserved by YTL Comms / YTL AI Lab for promoting local AI apps development.

I believe you are right.

Oracle and OCI have no plan to buy land to build AI data centres.

Given the deep collaboration between Nvidia, Oracle, and OCI, along with the strategic importance of cloud infrastructure in Southeast Asia, it is quite likely that OCI could follow a similar path to Oracle by utilizing YTLPower’s data centers. This would align with both Oracle’s and OCI’s goals of accelerating AI development and cloud service deployment​

I believe Oracle and OCI will take up 100 MW of AI data centres of YTLPower.
If it is true, the share price of YTLPower will skyrocket up to the roof.

If it is true like what I predict, the profit from AI data centres will be very huge.

thru our long yrs in the mkt, we should ask ourselves the toughest Q.
1st, WHAT kind of stock players r u?
a. Short term swing trader,
b. Cyclical investor or
c. Long term investor.
u can only excel in 1 of the above 3, on the long haul.

For financial year end 2024, its EPS is 42 cent.

Based on 5% yield, dividend of 17 cent should be payout.

However, the company only 7 cent and it's disappointing.
