The GDV of the 501acres of freehold land in Semenyih is estimated to be RM 10 B. JV between Seacera and OCR is already on. Any opinion on this agreement signed in 22 April 2019?
Thanks da444 for the good luck wishes. Seacera truly needed all the luck and also the hard work of those directors in charge to turn around the company. If closed shop , many more unemployment
if got dealisted your shares will not appear in cds account. unlikely company will use all nta to pay back shareholders. it will be like normal company and you will become a shareholders. that all. nta refered that company got asset to monetise but not necessarily they will sell off all to pay you. seacera got game but with current management and may sell off sentiment, the price might got more depressing situation
my opinion on piece of land at semenyih are unlikely to give near or mid term impact. near semenyih got ecoworld, setia alam sari, uem sunrise, bqngi avenue, sp setia land etc that all now under sales. i'm residence at setia alam sari and property really stuck at this moment. economic slow down and many houses cannot gey buyer
When the property market is booming, those group of idiots did nothing to the land but just show off the hectarage. I believe now they will use race and religion to seek help from the government. Apa malu bosskur....kur is for tersungkur :))))))
Property market is dead. You have land also you cannot monetize it. You have to pay bank interest if it is acquired by loan. Don't simply buy land if you don't know how to add value to it. You see people buy land you also want to buy. Stupid! :))))))

It is dead now. You have to wait for the new home seeker to slowly take up the unsold units. But don't forget that developers are also non stop building new units to keep themselves alive. It's a simple supply and demand mechanism. So, nobody can tell when it will recover. :)))
You think DTWL just simply spend millions to buy over this counter without consulting his investment advisors? From what been reported, he faced resistance to get appointed into the BOD.
