Although takiworks profit will reflect in awc earning for the coming release quarter result..but the esos expenses will be very high!!!!just calculate how much esos had been exercised by directors...tis awc boss very selfish!!!!acquired a company with profit quaranteed..but all used to pay his esos ....

esos conversion is less than RM500,000 for whole of last year. If you do not believe, please go bursa website and do calcuation

Mr Market is always not rationale and emotional. Have been reading a lot of coverage on other companies like Carimin which had recently just showed a turnaround vs AWC which has always been profitable and expecting better results post acquisition of Trackworks; but share price of AWC continues to lag behind but hopefully not for long. I have acquired more than 1% of AWC the past 2 years and will continue to invest as long as the financial performance continues to be satisfactory.

KC Teh - 3,223,000 shares at of yday. Irrespective of how many shares each of us have, it is . important for us to make sure we have done our research and homework correctly before we invest in any company. I like AWC for its consistent and predictable cashflow and earnings via its concession business segment. I have challenges accepting the high salary AWC MD is being paid and the outlook for its engineering business considering construction sector will be flat this year and next in Malaysia; even globally looks challenging.
