Jolin if u follow this counter closely , buy below 0.38 to sell above 0.45 is never be a dream only . It happen many times already . SO my little Jolin r u aware of it or u just simply talk so that other people sell and u quietly doing the collection. Jolin Happy trading n do have a look at this counter TADMAX ALSO.
Tis Jolin talk cock only...There is no reason to sell at current price ...the price gap btw its market price and its tangible asset value of at least 2.00 is too large to ignore...some more net cash...If u believe in buying land to keep for future explosive value, then Mkland is the best candidate...U don buy Mkland for growth profit, u buy it for its hidden landbank value...like paying 0.18 cent for a dollar bill...gigantic discount...U will never know when Mustapha will unlock Mk's real true value...patient is the key...
An undeveloped damansara perdana land value 5 yrs fm now is a huge upside beyond imagination...the longer Mk keep the land the more valuable mkland is...10 acres equal to 100 mil...So 230 acres equals 2.0-2.3 bil...Do not underestimate tis Nick...
Got huge landbank so what can't develop, if develop also cannot sell, Qr profit keep droping, Revalue? You know how much tax they have to pay? Keep selling landbank, not a good way for developer, a active & good developer should keep buying & develop their landbank, not keep on selling them, but now property sector in downtrend mode, so if buy also have to keep for long long time.
Can't u see they are sharing with Sholders by giving good dividend even though it's net profit is low and they are selling land to convert into cash to return some value to shareholders...Just wait for the 1 sen dividend tis mth...
The problem with Mkland now is a lack of catalyst to bridge the gap between its current price to its fair value which I estimated to be around 1.00-1.10 based on its estimate RNAV of 2.20...The only way to create tis catalyst is to sell more land to unlock more values or let someone else do it for them by letting other company take over them...tat is the the only way Mustapha can profit out for him and all shareholders...a predator has to pay at least 1.00 to take over Mkland I guess tat is the best way to unlock Mk's true asset value...
Hello why buy L&G? L&G doesn't have landbank...they only ve huge cash equivalent only...If u revalued L&G it is only worth 0.70-0.75 cts as they 've just minimum land only so there is nothing to revalue...As for Mkland they 've 5000 acres total landbank tat when u revalue it could worth more than 2.00 per share...L&G NTA is less than 0.60 cts...I m not promoting MK to profit fm it, I m just talking facts here based on strict calculation and data....u buy Land & General u get minimum value, u buy MK u get GIGANTIC value...tis is fact!!!! Though MK's real value is hidden now, given times its true fundamental value should arise in the future...
Are u very sure vitac??? Pls go and check L&G latest qtr balance sheet...Under Non current asset@ Land held for development is only 28 mil....So where do u find 2000 acres? Maybe got lah but it is plantation land tat is worthless tat y its total land value is 28 mil reflected...MK's total Land held for development is more than 700 mil in book value in its balance sheet...The most precious one is its 230 acres land in Damansara Perdana tat is worth at least 2 billion...So L&G what else they 've other than cash in hand....I challenge u for that...pls talk facts with me!!!!
Its 230 acres DP land alone is already worth 1.60 per share...Its current price is only 0.375...U haven't count the rest of the remaining 4770 acres of land they own and the building assets...That is a gigantic and unbelievable discount though it doesn't 've exciting profit...If u break down its asset and landbank and count one by one u will be amazed n surprised....
U JOLIN are the greatest loser off all time...U are just a pure worst gambler ...As u know gamblers seldom wins money and u are one of the very first of them...tat y u envy n jealous of others as u never earn a single profit gm the share mkt and casino...I know u are depressed tat y u named urself Jolin Lai Chi Pet for a reason...hahaha!

agree with u Anicca.HAHA i am not defensive at all. i hope that this forum is an information sharing platform for us . I bought this counter mainly due to its Land Bank N attractive DIVIDEND . Happy trading , all the minority n major share holder of MKLAND.
L&G looks very similar to Mkland in terms of share price performance but when u compare values, then Mkland worths 3- 4 times more than L&G...Mkland doesn't have goodwill or others intangible asset....70% of its non current asset are undervalued landbank which will rise in value year by year...Short term TP might be 0.41 but long term TP is 1.50...If u dare to hold it 5 more yrs, then maybe its RNAV will grow above 2.50 per share due to the appreciation of its Damansara land...
