"PETALING JAYA: MK Land Holdings Bhd plans new launches worth RM2.2bil over the next two years in Damansara Perdana, Damansara Damai and Ipoh.
"The launches are currently awaiting approval from local authorities," Group Chief Executive Officer Lau Shu Chuan said at its AGM on Thursday. He said MK Land is still focusing on the Klang Valley, with semi-detached residential projects Rafflesia@Park, Rafflesia@Hill and Rafflesia@Peak in Damansara Perdana.
In Damansara Damai, MK Land has a condominium project with units costing a relatively affordable RM500,000 each, while in Ipoh it has single- and double-storey landed residences costing between RM200,000 to RM400,000," he said.
He said as Damansara Perdana and Damansara Damai are sought-after locations, it's a question of looking at the product as the demand is there.
On prospects, Lau said MK Land has very sellable products in the pipeline.
In Perak and Kedah, it is segregating its 2,023-hectare land bank into short- and long-term plans.
"We are always on the look-out for strategic land bank areas with population demand, including small parcels of land in the Klang Valley, which is a hot spot," he added. - Bernama "

No uptrend for the share price... They need an extraordinary net profit or any other cooperate activity announcement to attract more investors to push the share price up.... Otherwise we can see the price keep ting tong ting tong here.....lol

I think now is the right time to slowly accumulate more shares before any exciting news announced... This is a very good counter for long term investment..

i know what they are thinking...they wanna dump first then pick up at lower price when mkt tumbles...BUT tis strategy doesn't work all the time...Mkts might just rebound and recover and investors may need to buy back at higher price and they lose on the trading cost and comission...it is a 100% gamble whether market will crash or it just recovers back after a long mkt sold out...

looking at its current fundamentals, the company shares is indisputably undervalued... assigned an ultra conservative fair price of 50 sen mainly attributed by its operational performance which pares vis a vis the industrial standard; if it is within expectation it could well fetch 83 sen. now looking at its technicals, it is at the tail end of wave 2 and soon it would be a beginning of many happy days ahead. in the meantime, the 2 sen dividend is on the way before year end. wishing all of us well and healthy.

Since someone try to tarnish my good name in I3investor.com, let me clarify my selection criteria here :-
I select both good TA and FA stocks. The chart must be breakout out first, I check the fundamental of the stock using FA. If the stock price is undervalued, I will buy this stock when the buy signal is out. I repeat ... It is my strategy.
I recommend to buy MKLand around 0.51 to 0.53. The target price I aim is at 0.92. Another Bank base broker recommended the fair price of 0.80. My reward here is > 50%.
Technical chart is very bullish. A Cup And Handle Chart is well formed. The pivot line is at 0.46. I like to buy stock with Cup And Handle Chart Formation because it is super bullish stock.
I use this strategy to trade, base on my 2014 stock pick, 37% return within 4 months and 9/10 or 90% accuracy. There are 10 stocks I pick using this strategy, 9 out of 10 stocks made money.

yes that is very true wave 2 lasted for 4 and a half year beginning from june 2009 and when you thought it had ended in december 2013 when it went up to the high of 56 sen on 25/4/2014, it inexplicably retreated and returned to remind at wave 2. so 2088 that would be a tad over exaggerated no doubt a sign of anger, a sign of frustration and a sign of desperation here. but since it had tested the top price of the previous peak at 47.5 sen, a retest would be in order. now this present counter wave is in its fifth move which ought to end soon for a reversal to take place where it would hopefully resume to take on an assault mission to break through that 47.5 barrier for a new lease of life. the timing is the hard part due in the main to the present volatile and unstable bursa; over reaction is the order of the day on any slight negative piece of news. take care god bless
