EKSONS will lose its property earnings once they dispose Atmosphere land...It means they still need to buy new land and use up d money...On the brighter side Eksons is cash rich BUT not asset rich...

Cash on hand RM 73 million
Cash from land sales RM 140 million
Total nett cash per share already RM 1.28
Current price RM 1.3+, making sense?
Should worth at least RM 2.50 – 3.00 lah!
