Still confusing to buy this stock. Wonder would be the price in next few months later. As PP taking place definitely the price will be above 3.20 at the moment but thinking how possible the price will sustain above 3.20 after PP transaction over.

When each time a private placement is called, you have to look back at the company's fundamental. If the fundamental is strong, most likely the pp can help further strengthen the health of the company. In this case, Inari.

If that's a week company calling for pp, then you should be wary. After the pp, the money would have gone into purchase of something which might not exist at all, only a fake invoice, or buy something extremely expensive from a seller. And this seller is controlled by the same parties. You can find this kind of companies easily in Bursa Casino.

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to clarify that the indicative issue price of RM3.20 per Placement Share as set out in Section 2.1 of the announcement dated 6 May 2021 is for illustrative purposes only. The final issue price per Placement Share shall be fixed at discount of not more than 5.0% based on the 5D-VWAP of Inari Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date. For each placement tranche, the Board will decide on the issue price, the identity of the placees and the number of Placement Shares to be allocated, which will be dependent on the then market prices and market conditions.

Key point is rm3.20 is just an illustration price as pp price not yet fixed. Further more pp block can b placed out in a few tranches n at diff price to diff investors...Meaning pp can be placed at higher price when share price has gapped up NOT restricted at a fixed RM3.20 as many believed.

Hahaha yeah he is, non stop gap down calls from him, as they say a even a broken clock is right twice a day but hope he wakes up and joins the ride up soon :D

Also hopefully, us shareholders here will do our due dilligence and hold on, corrections like these can be a pain in the arse but its the only sustainable way. Fundementally not much has changed based on my two cents
