Super happy that Inari declared 4 sen dividend, bringing up FY21 dividend payout to be 8.5 sen. Funny that in this 3 QR their total EPS only 7.36 sen. This represent a payout ratio of >100%!

Good enough QR? Assuming full quarter is 9sen, current price means PE of 33x. With possibility of PP, and higher interest rates, price might needs to weather some storm ahead to justify. Tech possibly takes some breather and then only resume in digitalisation decade. Lets hope the rm800mil acquisition they plan is worth it. Any news on what company?

9 months period profit is 100% better than last. Pre covid was 1.9-2 range. If we take same PE, rm3 is justified with the possible PP.

Dear pampers,
I only meet Dato' Sri Thong one time and do not have good impression on him.
I like the current CEO Dato' Wong and I beleive in him to unlock the Insas value to benefit insas shareholders.

So I just top up Insas to 50% of my portfolio. The other 50% is for me to invest on those fast and furious, hit and run turnaround/bull run stocks

I have Inari and Vstecs. Both also posted very good quarterly results recently. Value investing really work. No need to go gamble on those loss making penny stock counters as they are zero sum games. There is reasons why they are cheap. Always protect your capital by holding onto good companies. Putting inside FD will not going to beat the inflation.

Inari alone is already worth Rm 2,670 to insas, what about insas other assets & business like invest banking, stock broking, Credit & leasing, properties development & investment, thus Insas may worth at least Rm 5.00 loh...!!

The Incredible point is that u can still buy Insas very cheap at Rm 0.80 per share mah!

When a stock is cheap, look for the reason,why a stock is cheap?.

If a stock is cheap for a temporary reason, then it becomes value investing.

If a stock is cheap for a permanent reason, then it becomes a value trap.

When you look at the situation if INSAS, you come to the question:

When can I reasonably expect the temporary undervaluation of INSAS to be resolved to it's proper price?

If your answer is I don't know when it will resolve, how it who will resolve it, or why would they?

Then you are better off not owning INSAS.

Just look at the amazing growth track record of value creation of insas for the past 10 yrs

Should be roughly 334.5 mil new shares issued via pp as it is 10% of issued ordinary shares. Dilution will be seen in terms of EPS, thats for sure, however if management can effectively allocate the funds (+- 1 bil) to ramp up production and capture more market share and contracts, why not!

Long run, the pp would be a positive thing, in the short run.... It may scare away some buyers but you gotta do what you gotta do I suppose :P

PP is one of the good way to capitalize the share price, and the fastest way to raise cash.
Let's think: Only dilute 10% but you get almost RM 1bil of fund.

That's almost RM 0.30 cash per share. With Inari's ROE of >20%, I'm confident the management will make good use of this fund to further expand the company.
