stockraider, ur theory wont work. cos insas is a investment company, give u example like epf also investment company, now epf worth 1000m even they give 6% dividend and invest in others company, but its doesnt means epf worth 5000m. if they want to sell the company.

Inari last year was about RM2 now RM3.89.

one off or not, depends on next budget (every year telling you a one-off tax) so they can turn it on/off to their liking. Gov, usually they turn it on, they never turn off when they milk you happily.
