Besides that, to have the best impact for investment Inari is better than Insas to realise the actual values. Else, always have the valuation gap difference.

Similar to IGB/IGB REIT, SUNWAY/SUNWAY REIT, NASPER/PROSUS/TENCENT, BATUKAWAN/KLK.

Well, holding companies normally don't perform well especially in reflecting with full value of the portfolio it holds.

Many examples in Bursa where pe differs between holding company and it's portfolio eg: Batu Kawan/KLK, Sunway/Sunreit/Suncon, IGBB/IGBREIT/IGBCR, Bjcorp/BJtoto/Bfood, etc

International examples, Nasper/Prosus/Tencent , SK Group/SKinnovation/SK Hynix/SK Chem, etc

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 10): RHB Retail Research said Insas Bhd is set continue its uptrend momentum after breaking past the immediate resistance of RM1.09 on high trading volume yesterday – printing a “higher high” bullish structure.

In a trading stocks note today, the research house said if the stock manages to stay above that level, the bulls may drive the stock towards the immediate resistance of RM1.20, followed by RM1.30.

“Conversely, falling below the RM1.04 support level – forming a “lower low” pattern – will cancel this expectation,” it said.
