So folk, if you’re the Executive Chairman of Azio considering raising money via a private placement, first make sure you have a solid business plan that provides a strong case on why institutions would want to invest in your business:
1. What is it about your company that is unique and sets you apart from the competition?
2. How will you grow profits consistently over the long term, year in and year out?
3. Have you and your partners invested your own money in the company? In other words, do you have some “skin in the game”?
4. Do they have experience in growing similar businesses in your industry and providing a solid return for owners and investors?
5. What about your industry? Is it on the rise (think social media or green technologies) or in decline, such as travel agents and film manufacturers, which have virtually been replaced by the Internet and digital technologies?
6. As RE capacity is set to continue its upward trajectory over the next five years, what is your future action plan? Can you find enough land for your project? Do you have the resources?
7. Do you have good rapport with shareholders, government regulators, business partners, suppliers, and customers?
There you go folk!

Hence the approved and ongoing tranches of private placement are indicating that the selected investors are enthusiastic about Azio's future endeavor.

His group or gang, which has something in common with Azio's endeavor, will definitely buy slowly but surely and increase their holdings gradually.

I would personally say it will be a good financial quarter for Aizo under Abang and the best is yet to come. Remember folks, Rome wasn't built in one day.

Premier of Sarawak arrived in Abu Dhabi, yesterday, marking the start of his four-day official working visit there.
Today, Abang Johari is scheduled to visit Masdar City, a solar-powered urban development located about 30km from Abu Dhabi.
Following the city tour, he will witness the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Sarawak Energy Bhd, Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company, and Gentari (Petronas).
This strategic partnership will focus on exploring the potential for developing the world’s largest floating solar photovoltaic (PV) project, with a capacity of up to one gigawatt, at Murum Dam in Sarawak.
The Premier will conclude his visit with a meeting with Mubadala Energy’s executive team, led by the chief executive officer and managing director Sheikh Mansoor Mohamed Al Hamed.

What is an SPV limited company?
SPV is a legal entity created to allow investors to pool their money together to invest in a single company.
When an Limited Private (LP) invests in an SPV they become a “member” of the SPV. The LP invests capital in the SPV, for which they get a percentage of membership interest.
How do SPVs work?
Once an SPV has finished raising capital, it makes a single investment in a start-up, sending a single fund transfer to the company they’re investing in.
The LP is an investor in the SPV, and the SPV is an investor in the company.
What is the benefit of investing in an SPV as an investor?
SPV become beneficial to investors when an LP wants to invest in one specific company, or a General Partner (GP) comes across a promising investment while they don’t have a fund at their disposal.
As with traditional venture funds, SPV charge management fees and carried interest. SPV however, call all capital upfront instead of on different occasions throughout the lifecycle of the fund.
How do SPV benefit LPs?
Greater access to investmen: SPVs allow individuals to pool their capital and invest smaller amounts.
Direct investments typically have higher minimum investment amounts.
Better options: LPs often choose funds based on the GP managing it and the investment thesis governing the fund, but don’t have any say on what investments are made by the GP.
SPV let every individual know what each investment is – which means no LP has to be a part of an investment they aren’t interested in.

Owning a great company with great future prospects at a good price is an opportunity that should not be ignored.
From what I can tell, the fourth quarter of 2024 is starting off well and will continue into 2025.
