you see, this is what they planned to do all along!! purposely push down MBB so get DRIP price lower and then push up the price so they already made 1.4% in one day!!... just imagine if they do this 10 times!! that's 14% ( they control the timings and they also pakat pakat among themselves)

vwap is only 8.34 right now at 10am... still not power enough to go price up... this friday the qtr esult will be posted... so not much upside if like this... hopefully a few mils volume by 12.30pm will be good for price to shoot up

yongwc2710. I believe you have to register with Maybank's Registrar (Tricor) who deal with the shares' admin on behalf of Maybank. The registration is quite easy and then you can access the AGMs, etc. online. You should be able to specify your DRP preferences online. I haven't used it yet but when I saw that 'attendees' at the online AGM got RM100, I thought why not.

Thanks for your advice.

However, the stock market is filled with all kinds of investors and traders, you can't talk bad about others simply because they have different trading styles and objectives with you.

For example, your objective could be dividend incomes and long-term capital appreciation. My trading style and objective are short-term driven, where I attempt (and succeed) to grow my capital by multiple folds. My trading strategy works for me and it allowed me to minimize losses and have a high percentage of successful trades. Doing so reduces or even eliminates my exposure to the potential US market overnight big correction.

Note: I do not hold any stock or warrant as of now. Might buy back anytime when I deem it is worth the risk-return tradeoff.

@tollebunsmith Yeah, since your cost is very low, it is worth keeping. Over the longer term, MBB is almost certainly better than PBB
