to remain low = rates wont go lower ( if lower rates , bank profit gets lower)

At current rates PBB & MBB should be good; even better after this kobis vaccination drive opens up the economy and all those pentup demands explodes for a better future & growth

Maybe suppress price for the first few days of the 5 day average price calculation but should go up nearer the expiry i.e. today/tomorrow. Gotta ask warrant experts but at least that's what IB does for gloves

sell on today= no, sell tomorrow= yes. Just see the price, if price stay around 8.3 you sell = no dividend, tomorrow you will see the price down to around 8, you sell then yes, you will get dividend.

Q1 2021 net profit at RM2.39 billion compared to Q1 2020 at RM2.05 billion..

Tomorrow should be RM7.95 - RM8.05

Results are good . If there is a sell off , it will be to scare investors to sell cheap. Dont fall for it. I won't be surprised to see the price return to 8.10 to 8.30 even after dividend pay out. If you believe in the company and results , hold firm . Or you may regret .

RM2.428billion net profit, an increase of 18.9% or RM458.892 million higher than previous. 40% of that is RM183.557 million that should be additionally available as dividend at some point on what is already a good dividend payer (assumes other quarters are OK).
