why I am so confident in petronm though hengyuan show very much higher earning and very much better pe ?

Petronm has very limited free float.
When all those who want to sell already sold
That is the time, you see a strong rebound.

KYY : movement of a share is determined by supply and demand. When the number of buyers is bigger than the number of seller the price will go up or the other way round

Believe the fundamental of petronm
Believe the market is not stupid though looks stutip.
Believe a true investor will choose Petronm

If the proposed 14B expansion is sole for refinery, then why not spend 5B to buy the whole hengyuan. The job is so much easier and cost effective.

Common sense tell us the 14B expansion must be better than spending less money to buy the entire hengyuan.

Current market capitalization is just 3B, the proposed 14B expansion should create at least 6 times growth.
If not why spend so much. Just spend a few billions and buy all the hengyuan shares from the chinaman, their cost is around 1B. Pay them 2B or 3B, I believe they are happy to bring home this money to build a new refinery with their made in China technology as what David said cheap price but decent quality

Pjseow: If u compare China Yunnan refinery setup cost and Petronas RAPID cost, their difference also big where China refinery system can be built at much lower cost and still running well. I think there are a lot of made-in-china products which they have decent quality but with much lower price as compared to many other countries. With technology breakthrough, it is possible to produce things that are cheaper and with decent quality.

Hengyuan chinaman spend less than 2B and get 10 times growth. petronm spend 14B, no reason can not get 10 times. Apply david and future eye model of calculation.
14B x 10 = 140B
Number of shares 270m
Then the potential market price of petronm can be 52. But now selling at 10.50,
expensive?
No hope?
Do not think it is absurd.
I just follow our good friends David, future eye, stockraider and probability model of calculation to derive this figure.
