average the price till below 2.7 then will be safe otherwise your money will be stuck in this counter for a long and questionable timeline as both of BN and PKR are playing politics for their own interest...looking at the multiple times of delays, we actually missed out a lot of good counters. Just a sincere comment from my end.

Yoon. Yes, you can feel the lost opportunity alot. I jump many months a go and bought Jaks
@ 0.45. Sold yesterday @ 0.80. I think what I can made in Puncak (in theory) I already made
in Jaks. It is just too bad Puncak is caught in the political game or less everybody here will
be laughing to their bank

alas, really nothing much can be done, only to await azmin's mercy?!? Hopefully the market has priced in the risk of further delay and an announcement of completion will drive the price high

Singor, yeah, your return is exceptional. I got carried away with the market sentiment end of last year and shifted almost all my investment into Puncak, thinking that its at least a sure deal with special dividend. Sigh! Guess I was wrong

I had a similar experience once 1.5 years ago with insas, doubled in less than 6 months, unfortunately didn't keep slightly longer for another 100% return.

personally, doubt any possibility of water tariff increase until the restructuring is completed. DAP has raised water tariff twice, despite still be the cheapest among all states, since taking over Penang state (if I were not wrong.) Though, due to its promises or any other reason(s), PKR has refused to any tariff increase in Selangor if I were not wrong, despite the fact that Selangor water is still cheaper than Johor and some others.
