Remark: Azmin said at the Selangor legislative assembly sitting today in answer to a question by Sekinchan assemblyman Ng Suee Lim to explain for previous call off on 9 March.

The latest development is that both state and Fed official already resume talk and land issue not a issue anymore so long State grant Fed access to the land in which the pipe is locate for repair and replacement. Both Azmi and Ongliiki will face to face and have a meeting together, either next week or before 9 Apr to conclude the deal

I don't have TP for this week.....I only have TP for Puncak after water assets disposal completed + special dividend, which is easy to derive as current Puncak share is discount to upcoming special dividend, therefore, if deal can be complete and special dividend is confirm, then just add these RM 1 to current share price, or about RM 3.60. These TP also about equivalent to Puncak cash holding after water assets disposal + exiting cash = Puncak cash RM 3.80/fully diluted

Currently, state is having legislative assembly and Azmin is in answer to a question by Sekinchan assemblyman Ng Suee Lim to explain for previous call off on 9 March. These is session query by assemblyman and answer by state gov. Therefore, the news is purely to explain why state gov allow the deal to lapse on 9 Mar. It is NOT up to date, in which both state and fed already resume discussion last week already and to be follow by face to face meeting between Azmin an Ongkili soon

smartly. I think you are lucky bcos you didn't invest alot in puncak. ( Putrajaya hampir muflis )
Even if the deal is done--Will Fed pay Puncak in time? Or delay payment for 3-4 years.
Payment is not Selangor problem so who is Puncak going to sue. Most elevated highways in
Selangor are delayed bcos all of them depend on Fed softloan. " No money no talk "

So long the deal have yet to seal and dividend have yet to fix to payout, is 'normal' for many people to skeptical any possible bad outcome such as ban Puncak to extract water river, so no water to treat, bankruptcy, cut take over price, with latest Putrajaya hampir muflis, so no money to pay etc. Therefore, Puncak share price will likely trade at depress level until the deal finally conclude.

2015 tax collection will not meet Putrajaya target. GST cannot replaced Oil Revenue until
atleast 3-4 year later by then people will find many loop holes as in China GST. Really rampant
Tax officers are standing in highway to inspect tax invoices of ALL trucks. Can BolehLand
do this?

S'gor mahu terlibat pilih tender Langat 2

Kerajaan Selangor menuntut untuk turut terlibat dalam proses pemilihan tender bagi fasa kedua projek pembinaan loji Loji Rawatan Air Langat 2.

Exco kerajaan negeri Zaidy Abdul Talib berkata, ia bagi memastikan projek itu tidak melibatkan kos tinggi yang seterusnya akan membebankan pengguna.

Ia juga bagi memastikan syarikat yang dipilih itu benar-benar mahir untuk dipertanggungjawabkan bagi menjalankan projek dengan kos RM3 bilion itu.

"Dari segi penganugerahan tender kita kena pastikan yang telus, yang baik. Bila dilaksanakan nanti tak perlu penambahbaikan atau kos lain untuk selenggarakannya.

"Sebab itu projek Langat 2 perlu dianugerah pada kontraktor yang mahir dengan harga yang munasabah kerana di akhirnya kos itu akan (ditanggung) rakyat negeri Selangor.

"Dengan penggunaan teknologi yang terlalu (tinggi) juga kita bimbang akan menyebabkan kos yang tinggi sedangkan air Sungai Semantan tidak kotor seteruk itu.

“Jadi, kalau kerajaan negeri tak terlibat dari awal kita bimbang akan digunakan peralatan yang canggih, dengan kos yang tinggi dan akhirnya diletakkan dalam tarif," katanya lagi.

Menurutnya, kerajaan Selangor tidak mahu episod yang berlaku pada September 2012 berulang.

Pada waktu itu, kerajaan persekutuan tetap membuka tender bagi fasa pertama projek tersebut walaupun gagal mendapatkan lampu hijau daripada kerajaan Selangor.

Setakat November tahun lalu, projek untuk menyalurkan air dari Pahang ke Selangor itu sudahpun 15 peratus siap, dan dijangka siap pada 30 April 2017.

Kerajaan negeri kini terlibat dalam Jawatankuasa Khas Pelaksanaan Projek Langat 2 yang dipengerusikan bersama oleh Menteri Tenaga, Teknologi Hijau dan Air Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili dan Menteri Besar Selangor Azmin Ali.

Penubuhan jawatankuasa itu bertujuan bagi menyelesaikan urusan berkaitan pelaksanaan projek loji air tersebut.

Projek Langat 2 merupakan sebuah projek antara komponen utama Skim Penyaluran Air Mentah dari Pahang ke Selangor.

Loji berkenaan berupaya merawat 2,260 juta liter sehari (JLH) air mentah dari Sungai Semantan, Pahang ke Sungai Langat di Selangor.

Ia bagi memenuhi keperluan permintaan tambahan bekalan di negeri Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, dan Putrajaya sehingga 2025.

Any Selangor state land can be sold to raise money? I think Eco World and Mah Sing(after completing their right issue recently) is looking for landbank in Selangor to expand their property business.

Or can we ask Gamuda to pay Puncak first(Puncak portion) and let them takeover everything?

Kahhoeng. Actually KPS is actively bidding for Langat 2 -5 years ago. But I think Khalid
sabotage it and everythings fall apart. Now we know it is conspiracy involving Umno's cronies.
So when i said ext 4 is in making after ext3 begins because gossip from PKR politicans keep
bring up Langat 2 issue & participation ( money lah)

singor, seems like all issues are only gradually surfacing... truth is, its difficult to understand why Azmin would delay issuing these concerns. The more issues PKR raises now, the likelier PKR politicizing water restructuring. Azmin could have easily raised those issues right after the first extension!

hng33, I do believe the water restructuring will eventually be completed, just not sure if ext 4 is enough. I have earlier estimated Puncak to a value between 3.80 and 4.20, causing me to lost the chance to sell at 3.7x. Guess that's why I have been hoping for Puncak rising to 3.80 - 4.00 range

If Azmin keep on politicizing water restructuring issue, it may backfire later in which PR itself may face risk to losing state gov. It is now possible due to PAS hudud case, if it is withdraw from PR, Azmin may no longer command majority support anymore. UMMO + PAS + Khalid + 1 frog from ether DAP or PKR = change in gov

He knows both parties are playing around. I caught this gossip from my "Datuk". As I said

'Bulan madu dah berakhir, Azmin'

Bekas menteri besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim berkata, Selangor memerlukan pemimpin baru sekiranya isu penstrukturan industri air di negeri itu masih belum dimuktamadkan.

Sambil mengatakan tempoh "bulan madu" Menteri Besar Azmin Ali sudah berakhir, ADUN Pelabuhan Klang itu berkata, isu penstrukturan air perlu diselesaikan segera demi kepentingan rakyat Selangor.

"Tempoh bulan madu sudah berakhir malah kita mesti berusaha untuk kita hentikan usaha politik dan menentukan bahawa rakyat mesti diutamakan. Kita tunjukkan pada mereka (rakyat) bahawa kesinambungan dan usaha kita seperti dijanjikan pada pilihan raya lepas dapat dilakukan.

"Sekiranya masih gagal menyelesaikan perkara ini (penstrukturan industri air), kita kena menerima hakikat bahawa tindakan mesti diambil.

"Mesti cari kepimpinan yang dapat beri hasil dan kepuasan kepada rakyat. Saya tidak berminat dalam hal kepimpinan ini. Saya minta Dewan bersedia untuk membuat perubahan," katanya.

Beliau berkata demikian semasa memberikan ucapan menjunjung titah Sultan Selangor di Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) Selangor hari ini.


'Dakwaan songsang'

Sebelum ini Azmin berkata perjanjian penstrukturan industri air antara Selangor dan kerajaan persekutuan lupus secara automatik apabila Putrajaya cuba mengambil alih 26,000 kilometer jajaran tanah Selangor.

Katanya, perjanjian sebelum ini hanya melibatkan pemindahan aset air dan bukan tanah.

Mengulas kenyataan ADUN Bukit Antarabangsa itu, Khalid berkata dakwaan itu "songsang" memandangkan Selangor telah pun hilang kedaulatan ke atas jajaran tanah tersebut.

"Dakwaan songsang yang mengatakan kononnya Selangor akan hilang kedaulatan ke atas 26,000 kilometer jajaran tanah di mana aset berkaitan air seperti paip, loji dan sebagainya akan dipindah milik secara mutlak kepada Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad (PAAB).

"Untuk makluman Dewan, kita sudah hilang aset berkaitan air semasa aktiviti huluan dan hiliran yang dikendalikan oleh kerajaan negeri kemudian dikorporatkan menjadi Perbadanan Urus Air Selangor (PUAS) pada 2002 yang kemudian diswastakan kepada Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor (SYABAS) pada 2005," kata Khalid.

Selain itu, Khalid turut beranggapan bahawa kenyataan Azmin yang mengaitkan kerajaan Persekutuan ingin memiliki aset tanah tersebut kerana isu hutang 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) sebagai lucu.

Khalid berkata, perkara itu tiada kaitan sama sekali memandangkan perjanjian tersebut sudah termaktub di dalam Akta Perkhidmatan Industri Air 2006.

Perjanjian air Selangor-Pusat ditandatangani ketika pentadbiran Khalid sebelum ini (atas).
