During the current quarter, the Company repurchased 2,897,000 of its issued ordinary
shares from the open market at an average price of RM0.93 per share. The total
consideration paid for the repurchased including transaction costs was RM2,713,994.
The repurchased transactions were financed by internally generated funds. The shares
repurchased are being held as treasury shares in accordance with Section 127 of the
Companies Act 2016. As at 30 June 2018, the cumulative total number of treasury shares
held were 20,292,400 shares. None of these treasury shares held were sold or cancelled
during the financial period ended 30 June 2018.

Many years back they announced 40% profit payout to shareholders to cheat everyone. I was cheated also and lost almost all saving. These con leaders will receive their karma.

Khoo Cheng Hai bought a lot this few days. He don't want to give dividend, so the share price depressed to very low level, and he used his 30 million salary to buy this cheap shares. Is this the reason why he don't want to give dividend? Mr Khoo, please give the dividend you already promised!

When house market is good, the company need money for new project, so no money for dividend. When house market is not good, the company need money to buy land because it's very cheap, so also no money for dividend. Then, when the company can give dividend?

Don't be too positive with this counter. I have heard good comments for the last 4 years but stock went down from RM2 to 70 cents because they broke their promise and never paid a cent to any investors. They are con men. I now start saving all over again for my life. These company leaders are living luxuriously by robbing from small investors like us. Don't give them honour. They are like beasts in sheep skin.

oh by the way, I received a meal coupon once which I had to pay for a flight to Johor from Kuching to eat a free meal in a hotel. It was hilarious. The company was doing so well that it decided to feed its investors one meal in their life time after robbing everything from them.
