Only hope can declare little dividend like 2 sen, since there is no land acquisition during the year and cash reserve also up in 3q18. The only capex commitment is Klang Mall under construction.

KSL current price is really way below its actual net worth. The only reason ppl dont invest in this because current market properties sector is in bad situation. But if u dig deeper in internet, properties sector is starting to grow back slowly. Yes its very bottom now, and that is the reason should consider this.

We can cope with market forces and fundamentals. But sheer lies and dishonesty by the majority shareholders with the Securities Commission closing their eyes? That's uncharted territory in Malaysia. In other jurisdiction they would be jailed or heavily fined besides having to compensate investors.

xiaohai, you've invested here for 4 years? Same as me. I read about the company policy and it promised to give 40% net profit to investors. I jumped in and put in lots of money. I received dividend once when I first invested and that was the last time. After 4 years, I realized that I was cheated. I left this counter and lost almost everything. I start working and saving again. I have no respect for Mr. Khoo. He is a devil. If one day, I happen to meet him, I don't know what I will do....
