I think the reason people still like Reach is because we buy now is very much much cheap than many big fish buy in last time , early time Reach was very high price then cheaper and cheaper now is very good price to enter if below 40sen is buy also no need worry , because big fish buy in high price they scare more than us buy at 40 or below 40sen , we are lucky if can get below 40sen.

What's the prime reason for buying tropicana?

Asset basis, its not as undervalued compared to other companies like plenitude, daiman, uems.

Earnings wise, pretty ok-ish but not spectacular comparatively.

The only thing i see is topglove boss factor.

Why do you guys buy in? Or is it mainly punting it, better it will go up over the next week/month?

Earnings not bad. They reward shareholders quite well with regular dividend except unappreciated by market.

Yes, Jon Choivo, I bought because of the Topglove boss factor. At 90-91 sen I bought at a price close to his (92 sen less 2 Sen dividend).

Macalister road nice place to stay. If want to eat Penang famous charkoay teow just walk. So is Ghee Hiang to buy biscuit. If walk 10 minutes can reach hawker centres. Durian stalls also not far away.

Actually Tropicana 218 is not main project. KL or Klang Valley housing projects more important. Penang WorldCity is bigger Penang housing project. Truth is Tan Sri Lim Wee Chai never sold even at recent high 1.06 despite making 14 sen profit.
