Dear op3rs do you think that lower NTA is better to the shareholders? Furthermore same things goes to the P&L results, do you think you can "eat" the better PAT should the results this quarter skyrocket, you should be taking into account the balance sheet item as well as the cash flow, just my 2 cents, cheers :)

I did not state that lower NTA is better, nor did i say higher NTA is good.
What i really meant is the fact that prolexus really did poorly this quarter. can u deny that? Revenue was lower, cash yield was lower, probably because of lower orders for some reasons.
The only bright thing is that the margin profit is higher thats all. It is of course still a good company as
FOREX is higher now
Vietnam expansion
Mill setup will definitely decrease the cost and hence margin will increase further.
in the mean time, share price will drop and its up to u to whether see it as an opportunity or a reason to take profit/cut lost.

short term player needs to be ready for the coming events.
nxt qr is expected to be weak. Q2 is a traditionally weak quarter.
performance in Q3 will pick up and peaked at Q4.

Since, i alrdy cut loss at 1.41, of course must responsible to delete earlier post to hold for dividend, it cannot be contradictory, market react too negatively on prolexus q result, force to cut loss. only wait for Q2 result nearly next year to buyback later

I entered PR Lexus today just as everyone is dumping - There's no fear to this counter since company director Mong Ying Lau (Managing Director & Director) was acquiring stocks from Jun to late Aug 2016. More upside to come next year..
