EGM today approved all resolutions including share split and land sale to Digital Halo for rm 115.9 million. Estimated gain from this disposal is rm 72 million or 25 sen a share, to be completed by Oct 2024. Profit will be reflected in Q3 result ending 31 Oct 2024.

Cresendo is a lucky company with visionary. The project nearby Singapore would be of great demand as it is situated close to the RTS TERMINAL, a connection between Johor Baru and Singapore.
By the time of the development would to begin, I hope Crescendo would reserve certain units for the Malaysians, otherwise the Singaporeans and other foreigners would rush to grab the units.
Those working in Singapore if could afford would definitely prefer to own the units as they would have the convenience to travel daily to and fro within a short distance and could avoid the traffic jams by taking the train to and back from Singapore.

I have never known that Crescendo also owns some valuable land near Bukit Chagar which is a short distance to Singapore until i notice it from the report.
Those lands would be much sought after and appreciate in value whether at present or in the future.

Crescendo Jalan Senyum Condo project to be launched in 2H FY 2025, and ready to launch any time from now (1 August is already in 2nd half of 2025 FY).

Judging from Oasis Residence strong demand from Singaporean, and recent 10% price hike for Oasis Residence, demand for Crescendo Condo should be in high demand too.

Crescendo condo project consists of 2 blocks of 48 storey tower in V-shape as shown in its Annual Report.
